EVAMAXX LLC provides automated SMS review-request services on behalf of local service businesses. Customers opt in verbally at the point of service. Staff read the following script aloud: 'Would you like to receive a text message asking about your experience today? You may get 1 to 2 messages. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out.' Only customers who verbally agree are enrolled. Customers can reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. For help, reply HELP. Message frequency: 1-2 messages per service visit.
