EVAMAXX provides an AI-powered SMS follow-up system built for service businesses, helping them communicate with their customers automatically.
SMS Consent & Frequency
Users consent verbally to receive SMS text messages at the point of service. Message frequency varies, typically 1–2 messages per service visit. Message and data rates may apply.
Opt-Out
Reply STOP to unsubscribe from SMS messages at any time.
Limitation of Liability
EVAMAXX LLC is not liable for carrier delays, undelivered messages, or message failures that occur due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Changes to These Terms
